Orders

Depending on stock and availability, orders are typically ready to ship within 24-48 hours of the time you place your order. We do not keep large quantities of the natural skin products, they are top quality and each order is made fresh. Please allow up to 2 weeks for certain items. After your order is shipped, delivery times will vary according to the shipping method and the location of shipping address.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the total order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

Out of stock items will be shipped separately at no extra cost to the customer.

Cancellations must be made by phone and prior to being shipped. Please call 516-742-7451 for immediate service.

Returns

Full refunds are issued for any unopened and unused Sweet Beauty product returned within 7 days of delivery, minus any shipping charges.

Exchanges only, no refunds for unopened and unused Shea Terra products received within 7 days with note stating what you would like to exchange with. The item will be shipped at an equal rate exchange with no additional cost.

There are no refunds or exchanges for bath beads, goats milk and Phys Assist products.
